 Hi folks!

I have been working really hard....but this post is going to be more of a diet trackers and fitness tracker for me.  I'm going to do something a little different this year than times past........I'm going to focus more on cardio.......

Short term goals...

  • GLUTES.  Have the strongest leanest glute area to where I can bounce a quarter off of it. 
  • Cardio...cardio...cardio!!!!!!!!!
  • lose muscle mass in shoulder, bicep and tricep area. 




I miss you guys.....I will visit you from time to time to check on you guys. 








4/19/06:  So far my cardio workouts are increasing....my legs are starting to feel solid, and my glutes hurt all the time because of the glute machine.  I feel good doing cardio.

y do u worry about cardio... let me tell u some thing.... instead of doing any thing.. do side bends, sit ups and run for an hour... and every thing is going to be fine.....

HEy..hi...it's been a while. How's life? How's the gym? I'm curious why do you want to lose the muscle mass you have?

I want to ask you a few questions but not sure if you would get back to me. Here goes, in case you decide to: What are the best exercises to lose the inner-thigh area? (I've been doing sumo-squats and pike squats, and diagnol lunges and a lot of glute exercises to see if that would do something.) And do you tihnk I should lose all the fat first in my body, as much as I possibly could, than bulk up to solid muscle mass almost like a body-builder per se? ( I lost a lot of muscle mass due to cardio, lots and lots of cardio, but i'm scared that putting back on the bulk would be harder for me in the end. It took me 3 years to gain beautiful mass but without the right diet I fucked myself over, so now in the past 3 months I dropped 24lbs and lost a lot of fullness especially in my leg area.)

It would be great if you could get back at me or direct me to a place where they can literally answer my questions. Thanks for your time. Ciao doll.
